I had the honor of going to my nieces wedding this past weekend in sunny florida.  While there I got a chance to catch up with family and make a whole lot of new friends.  As I usually do I wondered to myself how can this relate to my business of Network Marketing.  There is one thing we all need as network marketers, and that is a company that we trust believe in and feel passionately about.

You see to have any type of longevity in this industry if you do not have these core values in line with the company that you are a part of, when problems arise…, And they will.  You may find it hard to stay with your company.  It takes a lot of determination and will to get past difficult times.  When your autoship is eating away at your capitol.  When you cant seem to get over the hump to get yourself to the next level of the compensation plan that you so anxiously want to reach,  or even if your new and you just cant seem to sponsor someone into your business.  Without a serious connection to the company you have aligned yourself to you will surely find yourself jumping from company to company, and not being able to root yourself or build any kind of organization because of your fickle choices.

Since their are so many network marketing companies out there lets just lay down some factors that should come into play when choosing a company that is right for you.

1.  Stability: there are so many start up companies that come and go, it is always best to check the background and track record of the company that you choose to align yourself with.

2. Leadership: you should always check out the founders of a company to see if they are reputable and stable enough to handle a company.  Years of experience in the industry, proven track record, and ability to produce results.

3. Upline: in this day and age the best type of upline to have in network marketing is someone who can show you how to build your business offline as well as online.  This is crucial in todays market because to only have one option available to you is like not having a tire full of air on a bicycle.  Sure your gonna make it where  you want to go but its going to take a lot more energy and time than if your tire was full of air.

4. Product: would you be using this product if you werent in network marketing? Is this something that provides a benefit to you or meets a need for you and others?

When all the elements come together there is a synergistic flow that makes for magic to happen! You are no longer scared to talk to anyone about your product your company or what you do for that matter.  You actually enjoy conversations about your business and in turn people can pick up on this and begin to gravitate to you because of the energy you are giving off.  When this is accomplished you have a match made in heaven that you can look forward to living happily ever after with.
