When all else fails, and your backs against the wall now is the time to come out with everything you have got, and if everything you have got isn’t enough dig deep and grab some of what you didn’t know you had.  Trust me its there you have never had to use it so you didn’t know it existed.

A lot of people enter the home based business world with their eye on the destination, but not the road needed to to get them there.  Once on the journey the slightest hiccup in the game plan ends up being a major road block to them.  Of course if your reading this that doesn’t describe you or does it?

You see there are going to be many times on your journey that you will be tested to see if you deserve the outcome, and as long as you stay on the road to there is nowhere else to go but to the land of success.  Its when you get off the road or decide to no longer make progress that your journey ends.

You see we never know exactly when success may come into our lives and you may be stopping right before it.  I cant stress enough to people if this is the industry you plan on making your livelyhood you must have a solid no holds barred attitude or you will not succeed.  You must be willing to go all out and for as long as it takes.  Imagine cutting down a tree with a blindfold on.  You would just be chopping and chopping and you would never know how close you were to cutting down the tree.  Some people may even give up, only to find out that if they would have kept swinging for a few more chops they would have finished the task.  Don’t ever give up on yourself or your dream.  In the video below there is a zebra that fought for its life and never gave up.  Be the zebra never give up on your dreams and business keep at it til you succeed!!!  ****WARNING, SOME MAY FIND THIS VIDEO HARD TO WATCH***

For todays post I had to enlist the help of one of my personal favorite marketers.  When I was first introduced to Buzzy I knew that I wanted to work with him.  Since I havent been able to get together with him as yet I figured I would have him do a little training for my readers so that they can get a good dose of the valuable content that Buzzy brings to the industry.  Whenever I have heard  Buzzy speak he always comes from the heart and is always trying to pass value on to others that may not have the same information as him.  I pride myself in trying to lead by the example of Buzzy.  He is a true leader that I look up to in the industry and once you see this video you will agree he is in a class all by himself.

I had the privelege to be on a morning wake up call today in which one of my mentors Cedric Harris covered the 6 steps to 7 figures.  If you know Cedric at all you understand the energy and vigor at which he outlined for everyone on the call the exact key elements you must have in your business to get you to the next level.  These elements will help you to break through the barriers that many network marketers find themselves plagued with throughout their careers.

These 6 steps if implemented into your business have the power to catapult you and your business to new levels of success you may not have even thought possible.

“So without further adieu I bring you The 6 Steps to 7 Figures.”

1. Motivation:  What is your driving force your motivator?  What makes you travel on this long hard and treacherous road to success?  You must be motivated in your business and about your business, to keep that motivation going attend live trainings as often as possible, goto live events whenever you can!  Some of the best techniques are shared here and alot of marketers ah ha moments take place at live events.
   
2. Heart:  All the talent in the world is no good if its not attached to a man that has a strong heart and determination.  Jeffrey Combs always states you have to have more heart than talent to win in this marketing industry.  How much heart do you have?  Will you be able to stick it out for the long haul if that is how its going to be for you?  Or will you throw in the towel and quit?
3. Production:  You must always be in a producing mode?  If your not being productive in your business what are you doing?  What are you doing on a daily basis to be productive?  How many leads are you generating?  How many prospects are you talking to? Are you making videos or posting to a blog? Whatever form of lead generation you are using are you making sure its producing at its most effective rate?
4. Creativity:  Be creative.  If your doing a video add your own unique qualities to the video.  Do something a bit different from the norm the name of the game here is to stand out and set yourself apart from everyone else.  So let your creative juices start to flow and you will definitely start to see changes in your business.
5. Personal Development:  Who are you studying?  How much development are you putting inside of your business?  There should a be a minimum amount of self development, notice that is not the maximum im giving, but the minimum amount you should put toward self development.  4 hours.  You should set aside at the very least 4 hours a week to work on your personal development.  Become and study the people that have achieved the goals you want to achieve.
6. Leadership:  There is one major piece you will soon discover in attraction marketing.  You will begin to attract like minded individuals into your business.  With that said, the universe cannot be  fooled, become the person you want to attract in your business.  Become the leader you are meant to be and you will attract leaders into your business.

I want to get into what I feel are ten essential starter plugins to have on your blog.  Everyone has different needs and wants from their plugins and that is why there are so many, but these are the ten I consider to be the essentials.  So in no particular order here they go.

Akismet: this particular plugin blocks spam that you may be getting when you start to get traffic.

All in one SEO pack: this gives you complete control over the seo of you blog and makes it very easy to understand.

Digg Digg:  this plugin makes it easy for your visitors to digg your content onto Digg.

Tweetmeme: this social media retweet button is going to help your visitors to share your content on twitter.

Onlywire for wordpress: one touch bookmarking plugin to a number of high profile sites.

Disqus comment system: I use this system to handle all my commenting on my blog.

Fast and secure contact form: its a contact form its the form I use in the contact me section.

Google Xml Sitemaps: you need this, it will alert the search engines to come and crawl your site (must have)

My Page Order:  ever have that problem that you cant get your tabs on your site in the order you want them?  This is the answer.  Lets you pick the order in which the pages show up.

WP Greetbox:  greets your quests to your blog from wherever they arrived from and always a little more. Example if you come in from google it will let you subscribe to the RSS feed.

The MLM Success Secrets shared are basic to new ideas.  You see how I used the keyword in the beginning of the article matching with the title?  You have to sprinkle the keyword or phrase that you are targeting throughout the article.  That will be the first success secret I will share.

Alright, now the first thing you want to do is choose a topic to write about.  If your anything like me when I first got started I just didn’t know what to write about and it seemed that everyone else had great content.  That’s because your looking at everything through the eyes of amazement.  Once those blinders come off and they will.  You will see so much stuff in front of you, you wont know which idea you want to write about.  So you may be asking yourself how do I change my perspective on what I see.  Well here is a major mlm success secret I will share with you.  When it comes to your blog think of yourself as a news reporter for the mlm industry.  If you were on a morning wake up call.  Report what you heard share the information.  If  your using MLSP which everyone should be using (hint, hint) go to the back office and go into the training archive call area watch a webinar and report what you heard!!  If your there you should share for those of us that missed out.  We want to know!!

“Original content is always the best way to go.”

Nothing’s better than original valuable content people will enjoy reading.  Then there is always the remix.  You can get your remix going as long as you make the article yours.  Meaning, interject your personality, writing style, and touch.  Think of it like this.  When there is a  presidential election every T.V station reports on what happened.  CNN doesn’t decide against  saying who won the election because FOX already reported it…  Understand people are coming to YOUR blog because they want to connect with you and get to know who you are through reading your articles.  Be yourself as much as possible so you can show off you uniqueness.  People connect with people not business’s your blog is a great way to build your brand and have people interact with you on your piece of internet real estate!!

Ok so here is where I will put the golden nugget of information the true mlm success secret.  A business partner and great friend of mine were talking about our alexa scores, and what we needed to do to start bringing the score down farther.  The blog my friend was speaking about wasn’t a internet network marketing blog but a blog still the same, (his alexa ranking was dropping faster then your jaw if you would have read the analogy I wanted to put here) and what we figured out is the best thing to do and you will start to see me incorporate this from here on out.  You will want to start engaging your guests to not only leave a comment on the blog, but at the end of the article ask a discussion type question to try to get your visitors to comment chat with one another.  This will up your return traffic as guests begin to interact with each other in conversation!!  Just a thought I wanted to share.  I hope you all got some value out of this post.  Does anyone have any other type of blog traffic generation ideas?  I would love to hear some!

So your ready to hear the answer…?  You see the real world is not that different from the cyber world at all.  Most of the rules still apply.

When your new to writing articles and you want to get ranked on google for a specific keyword its best to put your content on sites that may have more power than your own blog.  Not that you shouldn’t put content on your blog.  Just make  sure to spin your content (make another article saying the same thing just different words) so you don’t have duplicate content out on the net.

So you now have your article spun where are some good places to place content…?  A great place to get content out onto the web and on the first page in no time at all is Mike Dillards very own Better Networkers site.  I recently put a article out there and within the hour I was ranked on the first page of google.  Some other great sites are Squidoo, and Hub pages, which I really like because of the look and feel of the articles when they are done, and last but not least Ezine Articles.  All of these sites put you at an advantage because they all have a very low alexa score meaning they get a lot of traffic so their content gets a much better chance on getting within the top ten search results.

So back to the initial question.  What do article marketing and Entourage have in common?  Well once you have your article written, your article needs a nice little entourage so that google understands how popular it is!!  What is the entourage you may ask…? Well its the other articles or videos that you put out leading back to either your blog or the article your wrote on the other sites.  Whichever you feel like promoting at the time.  So remember to always get your entourage together so that google knows that your information is important and relevant just like the stars we look at on tv with their entourages!
